The Livestream Events Calendar is a free and easy to use shared calendar designed to be a resource for guides and content creators who schedule events ahead of time to leverage the power of a shared and involved community at no cost.

We also understand that guides are busy people and schedules can at times become demanding. With this in mind and once again emphasising that the calendar will always be free to use, we have decided to offer a concierge service.

If you are a guide whose only reason for not adding your events to the calendar is a lack of time, this service may be suited to you.

What is the offer?

For a very small $AU10 per month submit the links to your events and those events will be included on the calendar and in the Daily Update in the Going Places Virtually Facebook group. If your event is on YouTube it will also be included in the Livestream Events Calendar YouTube channel “Upcoming Events” playlist.

What else do I need to know?

The deadline for submitting your links will be a minimum of three days prior to the event time. This is to allow for time zone differences and other commitments. This also provides for a greater opportunity for users to see your event on the calendar. Events will copied from the details available on your link and will include your name or channel name, title, date and time, link to event, and description. Exactly as available via your event. Last minute changes or cancelations may not be accommodated although every effort will be made to do so.
